The Black Nights Car Club of Estherville will hold its last cruise-in of the year Friday, Sept. 2 in Library Square starting at 5:30 p.m.
Team Anderson will serve a meal of Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, potato salad, watermelon and cantaloupe, bars, and water or soda for $5. All proceeds go to the Emmet County Relay for Life and the Emmet County Animal Shelter. Club members will also meet for a tour of Aero Wheels on South 28th Street 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6. A meeting will follow at the VFW at 7 p.m. It will be the last meeting before the Sept. 25 drags at Spencer Airport.
Anyone who is interested in classic cars is invited to attend any meeting at 7 p.m. the first Tuesday of every month. As a nonprofit organization, the Black Knights Car Club donates proceeds it raises from the annual Sweet Corn Days car show and the airport drags to worthy causes.
