Dear Editor,
On behalf of the Estherville Police Department, I would like to thank everyone that donated towards Max, the new Estherville Police Canine.
I extend my appreciation to those who provided baked goods for the bake sale, pledged money on KILR's radio-a-thon, or just dropped off a donation at the Estherville Police Department.
I will be training with Max in a few weeks, as his first day of work will be on Dec. 19.
Without the communities generous support we would not have been able to purchase Max.
