To the Editor:
Some of Estherville's rules don't make sense, anymore than their lack of building codes do.
Some children whose parents own property in E'ville were denied the right to attend Halloween parties which E'ville sponsored. Just because open enrollment allowed them to attend Graettinger school - which agrees with them and they are doing well in.
I really do not agree with that policy, If there is a policy. It's a big Black Mark on Estherville. It seems very un-Christian and they attend the Christian Church here.
