SPENCER - It doesn't get any bigger or better than this.
The Black Knights Car Club will hold its annual airport drags Sunday, Sept. 23 at Northwest Iowa Regional Airport located west of the Clay County Fairgrounds at 1957 330th St., Spencer.
The gates open at 9 a.m. with racing from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Racing will be side by side with a light start.
Drags will be $5 a pass or $20 for the day. Spectators will be $5 a person.
All cars will be inspected and safety inspectors have the final say. Vehicles must also be registered, licensed and have proof of insurance. Only D.O.T.-approved tires will be allowed and there will be no class for motorcycles.
