MARSHALLTOWN - The Iowa Lakes women out-scored Marshalltown 40-27 in the second half for a 59-50 victory on Wednesday.
The Lakers trailed the Tigers (5-11, 0-5) 23-19 after the first half.
Leah Courtney led the Lakers with 21 points and nine rebounds. Sunday Duop tossed in 13 points and grabbed seven rebounds.
Maddy Van Metre led Marshalltown with 13 points and Mackenzie Gott had 12.
Iowa Lakes (7-12 overall, 3-5 in the conference) hosts Kirkwood (16-3, 5-1) at 1 p.m. Saturday in Estherville.
