The annual Estherville Farm and Home Show is nearing. Held March 1-2, 2013 at the Regional Wellness Center, the event features more than 50 vendors who show visitors what's new for their land, home or business.
The Estherville Area Chamber of Commerce is now accepting registrations from 2012 vendors, who get first dibs on returning for the 2013 show. The early bird deadline is Friday, Feb. 1, and after that date booth rates increase and vendors on a waiting list will be able to get a booth.
Any business interested in being put on a waiting list or that has questions is encouraged to contact the Chamber on 712 362 3541.
"Last year the Farm and Home Show had 1,000 attendees," said Stephanie Neppl, Executive Director of the Estherville Area Chamber of Commerce. "It's a great way to expose your business or product to a large number of people. We're excited to organize the event for another year and hope to have a great variety of businesses present."
Hours for the Farm and Home Show are Friday, March 1 from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday, March 2 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Admission is free.
Alongside the Farm and Home Show, the Estherville Area Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a Legislative Town Meeting on Saturday, March 2. Those attending will be Representative Ted Gassman, Senator Dennis Guth and Congressman Steve King. The meeting will take place at 10 a.m. at the Regional Wellness Center.
