Myangel Johnson and Carla Barrera all helped jumpstart the Laker offense.
Johnson finished with a game-high 21 points, finishing 7-of-11 from the field and 7-of-10 from the free throw line.
Barrera finished with seven points while Ashleigh Dykes and Leah Courtney each had four, Sunday Duop and Shabreka Edwards each had two and Daria Jones and Noelle Kindred each had one.
Katie Dentlinger led the Tritons with 18 points while Lydia Harvey scored 10.
The Lakers finished the game 12-of-45 from the field (26.7 percent) while making 17-of-24 free throws.
Iowa Central shot 51 percent (25-of-49) from the field and 8-of-11 from the free-throw line.
