Jacob Daniel Kane, 15, of Jackson, Minn., passed away at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minn., on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013 at Riverside Elementary School at 1 p.m. with Pastor Steve DeKok officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the school.
