By Michael Tidemann - Staff Writer , Estherville News

Estherville Lincoln Central drama students will present Antigone 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1 and Saturday, Nov. 2 at Roosevelt Auditorium.

Admission is $4 for students and $5 for adults.

In the play by the ancient Greek playwright Sophocles, Antigone insists on giving a proper burial to her brother, Polynices, who revolted against the kingdom and was killed along with his brother, Eteocles, in a dual. It was an action that would later prove to haunt Antigone and those around her.
