The 2020 Emmet County Fair will run July 20-26 with static and agricultural exhibits, but without spectators.

For the static exhibits, judges will score the individual entries without in-person conferences on Tuesday, July 21.

Animals will not stay in the stables and pens at the fairgrounds, but will be show-and-go with exhibitors and immediate family only.

The bucket/bottle calf show is a popular event for families to come watch. With a reduced ag show for this year, only immediate family will be able to watch the exhibitors.

A clothing event is scheduled for July 16, also not open to the public. Communication event competitors received information on how they will proceed back in March.
